Maboroshi is a sushi bar that follows the more traditional style of “omakase” which translates to “leave it to the chef. Predecessor to the notorious Yume Sushi of Alameda, Maboroshi offers a nigiri (fish over rice) only course that implement traditional Japanese technique and execution while adapting to international ingredients. The moment you sit down, the chef will take over and surprise you with a ever changing menu that adapts to the season’s. Course is a set price and will be two hours for each seating, taking a maximum of eight people at a time to maintain quality.
